      • Order placed before 2 pm EST: Processed and shipped by Wednesday.
      • Order placed after 2 pm EST: Processed and shipped by Thursday.
    • Friday Purchase:
      • Order placed before 2 pm EST: Processed and shipped by Tuesday.
      • Order placed after 2 pm EST: Processed and shipped by Wednesday.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be considered as placed on Monday.

  • Tracking Information: Please allow a one-day buffer for USPS to update tracking information. If you haven't received tracking details by the end of the 4th business day, you're eligible for a shipping refund and a $15 store credit.
